Blitz – curry sauce for fish and poultry

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 ml water
  • 1 cube of stock
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 tbsp curry powder, or more
  • 1 can cocktail fruits, medium-sized
  • possibly salt
  • 1 tbsp sauce thickener, light
  • Sugar
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Bring the water and stock cubes to a boil, add the cream and curry. Add the fruit cocktail and juice and season to taste with curry, salt, sugar, and lemon juice. Thicken with the sauce thickener and bring back to a boil briefly. It goes perfectly with fish and poultry, and serves as a side dish with rice.
