Blitz Minced Meat Noodles

The perfect blitz minced meat noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 300 g Ground beef
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 1 tsp Garlic pepper from my KB
  • 1 pinch Fenugreek powder
  • 1 pinch Tellicherry pepper
  • 1 Creator Pasta water
  • Italian herbs
  • Chives rings
  • 250 g Pasta
  • 50 ml Cream
  • Grated Emmental
  1. Finely dice the onion and garlic. Heat the butter in a pan and lightly toast the onions and garlic in it. Then add minced meat and fry until crumbly!
  2. Cook the desired pasta type in salted water until al dente! In a sieve against, a scoop to collect pasta water and rinse pasta with cold water!
  3. Then briefly toast the tomato paste with the minced meat and deglaze with the pasta water. Then season with seasoned salt, garlic pepper, fenugreek, pepper, herbs, chives and bring to the boil briefly. Refine with cream!
  4. Now fold the pasta well into the sauce!
  5. Then distribute in plates and sprinkle with cheese! Serve! There was also iceberg lettuce!
