Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 tbsp brandy (Asbach Uralt)
  • 8 sugar cubes
  • ½ liter coffee, boiled, hot
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat the Asbach Uralt. Divide it between 4 cups along with the sugar cubes. Light it and let it burn for about 2 minutes while stirring, then deglaze with the hot coffee. Whip the cream until stiff and spoon it on top. Serve garnished with the chocolate shavings.
