Blueberry coffee

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tsp instant coffee powder
  • 4 tbsp blueberries, fresh
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 dash of cream (spray cream)
  • e.g. water, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dissolve the coffee in a cup with water and chill (refrigerate for 10 minutes). Mix the fresh blueberries with the sugar (you can also mash the berries a little). Then slowly pour the berries into the cooled coffee. Pour the milk very carefully and slowly into the coffee mix, forming layers. Now add a dollop of whipped cream, and your heavenly coffee treat is ready.
