Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 large chocolate chip cookies
  • 4 tbsp, heaped quark
  • 4 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • some cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar or as needed
  • 125 g blueberries, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, crumble the cookies. Then, mix the quark, yogurt, cinnamon, and sugar until smooth and season to taste. Now layer them in glasses. Distribute crumbs from two cookies per glass. Next comes the quark layer. Spread it evenly. Then add the fresh blueberries. You can make them ahead of time, so the cookies will be nice and soggy. If you prefer something a little crunchier, eat the dessert right away.
