Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ onion(s)
- 60 g minced chicken or turkey
- 1 egg white
- ½ tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper, paprika powder
- 2 tsp mayonnaise (20% fat)
- 1 tbsp low-fat yogurt
- ¼ tsp honey
- 1 tsp oil
- ¼ cucumber(s)
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 roll (wholemeal)
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1 tsp ketchup

Light and delicious!
Finely chop the onion, knead it with the minced meat, egg white, mustard, and breadcrumbs, and season the meat mixture with salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix the mayonnaise with yogurt, 1/4 teaspoon of mustard, and honey, and season with salt and pepper. Form the meat mixture into a burger and fry in a non-stick pan in heated oil for about 5 minutes on each side. Slice the cucumber and tomato. Cut open the bun, spread with the mayonnaise, place a lettuce leaf, cucumber, and tomato slices on top, place the burger on top, drizzle with ketchup, place the remaining lettuce leaf, tomato, and cucumber slices on top, put the bun lid on, and serve.
