Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g blueberries (blueberries)
  • 100 ml condensed milk, sweetened
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 lime(s), peel only
  • 300 ml cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • some blueberries for decoration
  • some lemon balm, for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Roughly chop the blueberries with a fork, add the condensed milk and lime juice, and blend briefly. Zest the lime zest and add it. Add the cream and milk and mix well. Transfer to the ice cream maker and freeze. To serve: Twist the ice cream into balls or scoops and place them in a bowl. Decorate with blueberries and lemon balm.
