Blueberry muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g blueberries (jar)
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 80 ml vegetable oil
  • 250 g natural yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat oven to 180°C. Place paper baking cups in a muffin tin. Drain the blueberries well. Combine the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Whisk the egg and mix with the sugar, vanilla sugar, oil, blueberries, and yogurt. Stir into the flour mixture and fill the muffin tins. Bake in a hot oven on the middle rack for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
