Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup(s) sugar , (250 g)
  • 1 cup(s) oil , (200 ml)
  • 1 cup(s) orange juice , (200 ml)
  • 1 cup(s) Flour , (300 g)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pack of frozen blueberries (300 g)
  • possibly powdered sugar (glaze)
  • possibly chocolate coating, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

super juicy and super fast!!!

Beat eggs and sugar until creamy, then gradually stir in oil and juice. Combine flour and baking powder and quickly stir in. Spread the batter onto a prepared baking sheet and bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes. Then scatter the berries over the batter and bake for another 15-20 minutes. Decorate with powdered sugar glaze or white chocolate coating, if desired.
