Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g tagliatelle pasta
- 300 g ham, cooked
- 1 onion(s)
- 5 tbsp margarine
- 3 eggs
- ⅛ liter sour cream
- pinch(s) of salt
- pinch(s) of pepper
- Pinch(s) of nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta, chop the onions, and dice the ham. Heat 2 tablespoons of margarine and fry the onions. Combine the pasta, ham, and onions in a greased casserole dish. Whisk the eggs, sour cream, and seasonings. Pour the egg mixture over the pasta. Cook at 200°C for 30 minutes, then sprinkle with margarine flakes, cover with aluminum foil, and cook for another 10 minutes.
