Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 cl rum, white
  • ½ tsp cane sugar
  • a little lemon juice
  • some crushed ice
  • 150 ml lemonade
  • some basil, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

good alternative to Mojito

Mix the cane sugar and white rum well in a highball glass and fill with crushed ice. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and then the finely chopped basil. Top with lemonade, stir again, and enjoy. Approx. 100 kcal per serving.
