Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder with sugar, such as Kaba
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon
  • 1 cup of coffee (large cup, mug)
  • Whipped cream for the topping

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 minute; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 2 minutes

Add sugar, cocoa, and cinnamon to a cup, pour in the coffee, and stir well. Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream, and you’re done. If you like, you can use stevia or stevioside instead of sugar, for example, in the appropriate dosage (0.1 ml), or refine the coffee with a little whiskey. Super delicious!
