Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat, mixed
- 1 large bottle(s) of ketchup
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp curry powder
- Herbs (oregano, marjoram, basil, thyme)

Dice the onion and fry it with the minced meat. Add the curry powder. Stir in the ketchup and mustard and bring to a boil. Herbs like oregano, marjoram, basil, and thyme work well with this sauce.
