Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 small cans of mushrooms
  • Broth, granulated
  • salt and pepper
  • cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and finely chop the onion. Brown the minced meat and onions in oil until coarsely crumbled. Season with pepper and salt. Simmer for about 1/4 hour, then add 1.5 liters of water and season with granulated stock. Drain the mushrooms and add them as well. Simmer gently for 10 minutes. Mix the cornstarch with a little water to thicken the sauce. Season again to taste. Serve with pasta or boiled potatoes.
