Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g minced beef
  • 1 can of tomato paste (140 g)
  • 1 can of chopped tomatoes (400 g)
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 3 cloves
  • 100 ml broth
  • 2 tbsp Italian herbs
  • some rosemary
  • some chili
  • some salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the olive oil and brown the ground beef. Add the tomato paste and cook briefly. Add the broth and the chopped tomatoes with their juices. Stir and add the spices. Simmer the sauce on very low heat for at least 1 hour. Before serving, remove the bay leaves and cloves and season again. Serve with spaghetti, Parmesan cheese, and a good wine. Since my husband doesn’t like onions, I left them out—it’s delicious without them!
