Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, half and half
- Paprika powder, sweet
- salt and pepper
- 250 ml tomato(s), peeled or Pomodori Pelati
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bag of ready-made mix for Bolognese sauce
- ½ tube(s) tomato paste
- Cream, if you like it
Instructions

with pasta
Sauté the chopped onions in a little oil until translucent, then add the minced meat and fry. Add the can of peeled tomatoes, stir in, and season to taste. I always add whole garlic cloves, so they’re easier to remove before serving, and the dish only has a hint of garlic flavor. So, next: I also add half a tube of tomato paste and about a quarter liter of water, followed by the bag of ready-made mix. Mix everything well. If you prefer it creamier, you can add cream or sour cream. Done. Served on fresh pasta with fresh Parmesan cheese, it’s delicious.
