  • 1 Pc. Egg

  • 125 g Flour
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 2 tbsp Baking cocoa

light dough:

  • 200 g Butter
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 3 Pc. Eggs
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 100 ml Milk

Glaze:

  • 100 g Dark couverture
  1. First prepare and bake the dark dough. To do this, butter a baking dish and sprinkle with sugar. Heat the oven to 180 ° C with a fan oven.
  2. Measure the required ingredients, mix flour with baking powder, sugar with vanilla sugar. Mix the egg and the oil with the sugar mixture until frothy, add the butter, stir until smooth, mix in the milk, flour and cocoa and stir until smooth.
  3. Fill the dough into the baking dish and bake at 180 ° C for approx. 35 – 45 minutes on the middle rack. Make a chopstick test. Let cool down for about 1/2 hour or longer and cut out hearts. I shape the leftovers into tartlet bases and freeze them.
  4. Make the light dough in the same way as the dark one and fill a buttered and sugared loaf pan (30 cm) with about 1/3 of the dough. Put the punched out hearts in it (put it high) and distribute the remaining dough around and on top.
  5. Bake at 180 ° C on the middle rack for approx. 40 – 50 minutes this time and let cool down completely.
  6. Melt the couverture over the water bath and brush the cake with it and let it set. Either decorate again before setting or cut open afterwards and enjoy.
