Braised Vegetables
The perfect braised vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 tbsp Peanut oil
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Freshly grated ginger
- 1 Onion
- 1 Celery
- 1 Red peppers
- 1 Green peppers
- 100 g Soybean sprouts
- 100 gr Peas
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 Cup Poultry broth
- 100 gr Chinese cabbage fresh
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Grind the garlic with salt. Grate the ginger, cut the onions, peppers and celery into fine strips. Cut the Chinese cabbage into thin strips.
- Briefly fry the garlic grated with salt and the ginger in hot fat.
- Add onions, peppers and celery and fry. Then give the soybean seedlings and the peas underneath for a short sweat
- Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, poultry stock and lemon juice and bring to the boil.
- Add the cabbage to taste with salt and pepper.
