Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced pork
- 75 g onion(s)
- 1 g marjoram
- 10 g paprika powder, regular
- 100 g gherkins, finely diced
- 10 g spice mix for minced meat or to taste
- 1 bunch of chives
- ½ bunch parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- coffee cream
- Fat or oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
The listed ingredients are mixed together and topped with coffee cream to create a formable mixture. The ground pork is already seasoned; if it isn’t, it needs to be seasoned with caraway, salt, and pepper. The mixture is then formed into sausages about 10 cm long and 3 cm thick and grilled or fried. I always call them “little mice” because they look more like that after frying.
