Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 small onion(s), chopped
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 can of soup (tomato soup)
  • 1 small can of corn kernels, undrained
  • 1 cup(s) pasta (spaghetti)
  • tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 cup(s) cheese, grated
  • 400 g minced meat

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Heat oil in a large pan and brown the onion and ground beef. Drain the fat and stir in the remaining ingredients (except the cheese). Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, until the pasta is tender. Then sprinkle with cheese and bake briefly in the oven until the cheese is melted and browned.
