Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g flour
  • 500 ml malt beer or other beer
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 ½ cup(s) sunflower seeds, or other, e.g. fried onions

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 55 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

This recipe is also suitable for the Ultra from Tupperware

Mix all ingredients together and form the dough into a loaf. Sprinkle sunflower seeds on top and add a little water. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 55 minutes. Place a cup of water next to it. If baking in a Tupperware Ultra container, you can omit the cup of water. Then bake for 35 minutes with the lid on and 15 minutes uncovered.
