Ingredients
Bread dumpling dough
- 2 Tablespoon Olive oil (or) other
- Bread dumpling dough rest
Iceberg lettuce fresh
- 1 /4 Kopf Iceberg lettuce
- Dressing of your own choice

- Cut the iceberg lettuce into strips, I usually have dressing in the fridge. But it goes very quickly.
- I still had 1 pair of white sausages, which I peeled off the skin, cut them in half and fry them in the pan until light brown. I shape the bread dumpling dough into a kind of fingernoodles (moisten your hands a little) and fry them golden yellow in the pan. Turn over again and again, done. Arrange and serve with the salad. It goes really fast and everything is used up.
