Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g wheat flour
  • 250 g spelt flour, or as desired
  • 1 bag(s) of dry yeast
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 350 ml water, lukewarm
  • Oil or margarine

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

simple, quick bread in Tupperware Ultra

Combine everything in a large bowl and knead into a dough using your hands, a dough hook, or a wooden spoon. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size. Remove from the bowl onto a floured surface and knead thoroughly. Oil the Ultra bowl or grease it with margarine. Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Let the bread rise in the Ultra for another 20 minutes, then bake for 40 minutes. Remove the lid, remove from the pan, turn off the oven, and let it sit in the oven for another 5 minutes. Remove, wrap in a towel, and let cool. Tip: Also delicious with pizza seasoning, fried onions, etc.
