- 50 g Hot grill sauce, own production
- 1 Tl Salt
- 0,5 Tl Sugar
- 200 g Cheese, I had Gouda
- 100 g Salami
- 250 ml Lukewarm water
- 50 ml Olive oil
- 8 g Dried yeast
- 1 person – 1 bread
- Put the flour, salt, sugar and yeast in a bowl, always put the salt on the edge and sugar directly on top of the yeast. Then pour the lukewarm water over it and let it stand for a moment.
- Pour in the olive oil and the grill sauce and knead everything for at least 5 minutes. In the meantime, cut the salami and cheese into small pieces and knead in by hand. The dough hook would shrink the cheese a lot.
- Then place in the oven preheated to 40 degrees and wait until the volume has almost doubled.
- Then small rolls, I also have four large rolls or I can form a loaf of bread. As you wish.
- Then put it back in the oven to go again. The volume must increase significantly. Then bake at 200 degrees for about 50 minutes, depending on the size. Then just let it taste.
