Hearty Sausage Stew

The perfect hearty sausage stew recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Meat sausage
  • 2 piece Red pepper
  • 2 piece Fresh onion
  • 1 Knife point Chili Sauce (Sambal Oelek)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tube Paprika pulp
  • 1 Can Pizza tomatoes
  • 1 a cup Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 toe Fresh garlic
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable broth powder
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 2 piece Palatinate / Augsburg / Regensburg
  1. Fry the sausages in a pan,
  1. Wash and cut the bell peppers, add to the sausages.
  1. Peel the onion and add it to the pan. Chop the garlic and add it.
  1. Let everything simmer a little.
  1. Then sprinkle the vegetable stock over it, add the pizza tomatoes, stir in the paprika pulp. Pour some water up if necessary.
  1. Add the sugar, sambal olek and salt and pepper to the pan to season.
  1. At the end I added creme fraiche.
  1. There was also noodles.
