Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla or almond pudding
- Sugar (less than indicated in pudding package)
- 1 bar of chocolate with nuts
- 1 pack of biscuits, (butter biscuits)
- Milk for the pudding
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes
Pudding as lunch after school or as dessert
Prepare the pudding according to the package instructions, but reduce the sugar (because of the chocolate). Quarter the biscuits and place them in a bowl. Break the chocolate into individual ribs, then halve each of these again, and place them in the bowl. Pour the hot pudding over the biscuits and fold in gently but quickly with a large wooden spoon. Do not stir, as this will cause the chocolate to dissolve too much and the mixture to become unsightly, although this will not affect the flavor. Let cool and serve as a main course for children after a simple soup, or as dessert.
