Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour, type 405
  • 250 g water
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 2 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Thermomix TM31 recipe

Add the yeast cube and water to the TM and mix for 1.5 minutes at 37 degrees Celsius on speed 1. Then add the remaining ingredients to the TM and mix for 2.5 minutes on grain mode. Form rolls from the dough and bake in the oven at approximately 200 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat) for about 20-35 minutes. They will be nice and soft if you place a container of water in the oven with them.
