Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 400 g bread(s), dark
- 500 g Gouda, young, in one piece
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tsp, heaped salad mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 spring onions
- 400 g grapes, seedless

very simple and vegetarian
Cut the bread into approximately 1.5 cm cubes and toast on a baking sheet until very dark. Mix the sour cream with the salad mayonnaise and finely sliced spring onions. Season with garlic, salt, and pepper. Cut the cheese into approximately 1.5 cm cubes. Mix all ingredients together. The bread cubes should be toasted well enough that they won’t get soggy for a few hours.
