- 3 bananas
- 1 stalk(s) rhubarb
- 2 dates (Medjool dates)
- ¼ cup oatmeal, gluten-free
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 ½ cup(s) water
Instructions

Wash the rhubarb stalks and chop them into large pieces. Peel the bananas. Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until the smoothie is nice and creamy.
