Breaded, Fried and Baked Cauliflower

- 2 Heads Cauliflower
- 5 Eggs
- 1 a cup Cream
- Breadcrumbs
- 200 g Grated Emmental
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- Butter
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cook in salted water until it is almost cooked.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Put the breadcrumbs in another bowl.
- Melt the butter in a large pan.
- First turn the cauliflowers in the egg mixture, then turn them in the breadcrumbs and fry them brown in the butter, then put them in a baking dish.
