- 2 trout(s), ready to cook
- Fresh herbs as desired (parsley, dill, chervil)
- butter
- Salt
- Breadcrumbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the trout, pat dry, and salt inside and out. Stuff the belly with fresh herbs and a knob of butter. Brown the fish in butter for about 8 minutes. Then remove from the pan and place in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and pour the remaining butter from the pan over the fish. Place in the oven at 180°C for 8-10 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes or a baked potato with sour cream.
