Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 150 g wheat flour
- 100 g butter, room temperature
- 250 ml water, lukewarm
- ½ cube of fresh yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Mix the wholemeal flour with the wheat flour and salt thoroughly. Crumble the yeast, mix it with the sugar and a little water, and dissolve it thoroughly. Knead the yeast with the flour mixture, water, and butter. Add a little more water or flour if necessary until you have a smooth, elastic dough. Cover the dough ball and let it stand in a warm place until it has increased in size significantly (about 1 hour). Then cut off small pieces, shape them into long, thin sticks, and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) until golden brown.
