Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 50 ml mineral water
  • 1 tbsp linseed oil
  • 50 g blueberries, fresh
  • 1 small piece(s) of ginger
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 50 g muesli (fruit muesli without added sugar)
  • 1 small banana(s)
  • ½ mango(s)
  • n. B. Fruit of your choice for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for meta-type Delta

Mix the low-fat quark with the mineral water and 1 tablespoon of linseed oil until creamy. Wash the fruit thoroughly. Slice the bananas and dice the mango flesh. Then, in a small saucepan, briefly heat the blueberries with 1 tablespoon of water, the ginger, and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and let it steep for 5 minutes. Remove the ginger. Now pour the low-fat quark into a tall bowl or glass and arrange the various fruits and fruit muesli in rows on top of the quark. 491 kcal per serving
