Waffles with Cinnamon
The perfect waffles with cinnamon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 gr Butter
- 300 gr Sugar
- 4 packet Vanilla sugar brown
- 1 pinch Salt
- 10 medium Eggs
- 800 gr Flour
- 1 teaspoon Cinammon
- 800 ml Milk
- 400 ml Mineral water
- Separate eggs. Beat the egg whites with the salt to form the egg whites, then put them in the fridge.
- Mix the butter and vanilla sugar together.
- Mix the egg yolks with the sugar until the sugar has dissolved, then mix with the butter and vanilla sugar.
- Then add the flour and mix with the milk and mineral water.
- Then fold in the egg whites and finally fold in the cinnamon.
- Now let the dough rest for a good 15 minutes.
- Heat up a waffle iron and have fun baking. Have a good appetite.
