Waffles with Cinnamon

The perfect waffles with cinnamon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 gr Butter
  • 300 gr Sugar
  • 4 packet Vanilla sugar brown
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 10 medium Eggs
  • 800 gr Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Cinammon
  • 800 ml Milk
  • 400 ml Mineral water
  1. Separate eggs. Beat the egg whites with the salt to form the egg whites, then put them in the fridge.
  1. Mix the butter and vanilla sugar together.
  1. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar until the sugar has dissolved, then mix with the butter and vanilla sugar.
  1. Then add the flour and mix with the milk and mineral water.
  1. Then fold in the egg whites and finally fold in the cinnamon.
  1. Now let the dough rest for a good 15 minutes.
  1. Heat up a waffle iron and have fun baking. Have a good appetite.
