Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g cherries
- 250 g nectarine(s)
- 150 g sugar
- 100 ml milk
- 200 g whipped cream
- 1 dashes lemon juice
Instructions

for the ice cream machine
Puree the washed, pitted cherries and nectarines with sugar. To reduce the pulp in the ice cream mixture, simply strain the mixture through a sieve. Stir in the whipped cream and milk with a squeeze of lemon juice and season to taste. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and turn it on. The ice cream should be ready after about 40-50 minutes.
