Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 crepes
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 4 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp walnut kernels, chopped
  • Mini marshmallows

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

filled crêpes in the style of American S’mores Poptarts

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel the banana and slice it thinly. Lay out the crepes and top each half with banana slices. Spread the chocolate chips and walnuts evenly over the bananas and sprinkle with mini marshmallows. Fold the free side of the crepe over the bananas and place the parcels in a baking dish. Bake the crepes in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until the marshmallows have melted. Tip: Serve this chocolatey treat with a glass of ice-cold milk.
