Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 30 g butter
  • 150 ml milk
  • 50 g applesauce
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 180 g muesli
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • n. B. Fruits, for topping e.g. raspberries, cherries, blueberries..etc.

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

These muffins are ideal for anyone who doesn’t like breakfast. These little muffins are nice and crispy thanks to the muesli and have a fruity topping. They’re very quick to prepare and can be eaten at school or kindergarten without making a mess. 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). 2. Beat egg, sugar, and butter until fluffy. 3. Stir in milk, applesauce, salt, vanilla extract, baking powder, and muesli. 4. Fill muffin cups evenly with the mixture and top with the fruit. 5. Bake for about 35 minutes. Enjoy!
