Strawberry-currant Absolut Vodka

Ingredients
 

  • 4 Bowls of strawberries
  • 1 Bowl of currants
  • 0,75 Lt Vodka
  • 5 Pck Vanilla sugar
  • 250 g Brown rock candy

Instructions
 

  • Wash the strawberries and currants and briefly bring to the boil in a saucepan. Puree with a hand blender, then pour everything through a sieve and collect the juice.
  • Bring the juice with the rock candy and vanilla sugar to the boil, allow to cool a little.
  • Mix the juice with the vodka and immediately fill and seal the bottles. Tastes totally legger Proooost
