Breakfast quark with orange juice and oat flakes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g quark, 0.5% or 20% fat, or yogurt
  • e.g. orange juice
  • 1 handful of oat flakes
  • 2 handfuls of fruit, e.g. apples, berries, brine, banana, grapes…
  • e.g. vanilla sugar
  • e.g. chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blend the quark with orange juice until smooth. Then stir in the fruit, oatmeal, and vanilla sugar, if desired. For those who like a sweet treat and don’t want to lose weight, you can also top it with chocolate sprinkles. It looks delicious, too! Very simple, but very delicious. It’s everything you need to start the day.
