Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels or pork roulades
- 1 pack of cream cheese (Bresso) with herbs
- 4 slice(s) bacon or jerked meat
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 250 g broccoli
- salt and pepper

Have the schnitzel sliced thinly or pounded flat. First spread with Bresso, then top each with a slice of bacon or dried meat and roll up. Place in a sealable casserole dish, seam side down to hold it together. Trim the broccoli and cook in broth until soft. Drain and puree with the cream. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the meat as a sauce. Cover and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C – 225°C top/bottom heat (180°C fan-assisted oven) for about 1 hour. Serve with spaetzle, rice or white bread and salad. Tip: If you like, you can sprinkle some grated cheese on top at the end – but it’s not necessary, the top will still be crispy and golden brown.
