Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g pork, shredded
  • 250 g bell pepper(s) or peas, carrots, green beans
  • 100 g kidney beans
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 4 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 3 tbsp water
  • n. B. garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice mix (schnitzel spice)
  • some broth, instant

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Quick to make and extremely tasty

Clean and wash the vegetables. Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions until translucent. Add the meat strips and fry well. Add the water and vegetables and simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Season the witch’s pan with the spices, garlic, and tomato paste. Finally, stir in the crème fraîche. Tip: It’s not the original, but no problem – marinate the meat briefly in soy sauce and paprika beforehand to make it nice and tender.
