Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 pack of herbs (8-herb mixture), frozen or fresh
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 2 days; Total time approx. 2 days 10 minutes

Mix everything together and pour into a sieve. Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours, then let it mature in the refrigerator for at least a day. Serve with baguette or crackers.
