Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g turkey breast or pork fillet
  • 200 g chorizo ​​or cabanossi
  • 1 tbsp clarified butter for frying
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 200 ml beer, dark
  • 125 ml cream
  • 125 ml chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • some parsley, finely chopped
  • some salt and pepper

Cut the meat into approximately 2 cm thick strips and the sausage into approximately 0.5 cm thick slices. Finely dice the onion. Heat the clarified butter in a pan and sear the meat, sausage, and onions until crispy all over. Deglaze with dark beer and cream and simmer for about 5 minutes. Now add the stock and season the sauce with salt and pepper. Simmer until the sauce reaches the desired consistency. During this time, chop the parsley and sprinkle it over the dish before serving. Serve with hash browns.
