Brilla's Tomato-Banana Salad

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 3 bananas
  • ½ bell pepper(s), green
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 chili peppers, green and fresh
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 200 ml natural yogurt
  • Coriander leaves, fresh for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the tomatoes, bananas, and peppers into small pieces, deseed and finely chop the chili peppers. Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate the salad for about an hour. Then sprinkle with fresh coriander.
