Pasta all' Emiliana con carne macinata

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g pasta
  • 3 tbsp oil, olive oil
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 100 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 100 ml broth
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 150 g peas, frozen
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pasta with vegetable cream sauce and minced meat

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Heat the oil, sauté the onion until translucent, add the mushrooms, and fry briefly. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Dust with flour, then add the stock and bring to a boil. Stir in the cream and peas and simmer for another 5 minutes on very low heat. Season to taste. Pour the sauce over the pasta. Tortelloni, tagliatelle, and any other pasta varieties work well.
