Broccoli salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • salt and pepper
  • chili
  • n. B. herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the broccoli florets for about 5 minutes. Wash and finely chop the tomatoes and bell pepper. Place them in a bowl with the broccoli florets and toss to combine. Make a vinaigrette with vinegar, oil, lemon juice, orange juice, mustard, and seasonings. Pour over the warm vegetable mixture and let cool. Serve with a baguette.
