Broccoli – Wellness – Salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g broccoli
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 30 g oil
  • 15 g vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • herbal salt
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the broccoli into florets and wash. Wash and finely chop the bell pepper and apple. Mix the remaining ingredients to make a dressing and toss with the broccoli, bell pepper, and apple. Serve sprinkled with the sunflower seeds.
