Broccoli with cheese sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g broccoli
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • ½ liter of milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 125 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Divide the broccoli into florets and cook in salted water for about 10 minutes. Remove from the pot and drain. Heat the butter and sauté the flour in it. Gradually add the milk, stirring with a whisk, and let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and stir in the cheese. Add the broccoli to the sauce.
