Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter
- 360 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 130 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1 tbsp water
- 3 eggs
- 80 g flour
- 130 g chocolate, in pieces

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
very chocolatey
Melt the butter in a saucepan or frying pan and heat gently, stirring, until browned. Then, combine it with the sugar, salt, and cocoa powder in a bowl and beat until creamy. Then, add the water and eggs one at a time. Finally, fold the flour and chocolate chips into the batter, which should now be very sticky. Pour into a greased 26 cm springform pan or a 23 x 23 cm pan. Bake at 175°C for 20-25 minutes.
