Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 40 g flour
  • 6 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Fat for the mold

Melt the butter in a saucepan (or in the microwave). Mix with the sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs. Add the flour and cocoa powder (preferably sifted first) and mix until creamy. Pour the batter into a small, greased square pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C – 170°C for approximately 25-35 minutes. This batch makes approximately 24 pieces. Tip: You can also refine the recipe with various nuts, depending on your mood. Pecans or walnuts are best. For a special treat, serve the brownies hot with vanilla or walnut ice cream.
